Pavement Ants

Pavement Ants, or locally known as “sugar” ants, are small slow moving and brown in color. You will usually find them in the kitchen going after crumbs or foraging on the floor and countertops.¬†Although pavement ants are not usually aggressive, they can sting and bite, especially if they crawl into a your pant leg or sleeve and get trapped inside. The sting is fairly uncommon and mild, but can cause quite a reaction in sensitive people.
